Yes. We're an NDIS registered provider and we support all three plan types: agency-managed, plan-managed and self-managed. If you're plan-managed, we can invoice your plan manager directly.
Do I need a referral?
Not to see us. You can book a speech pathology appointment without a referral. You only need a GP referral if you want to claim a Medicare rebate under a chronic disease management plan.
Do you only work with children?
No. We work with children and adults — from a toddler’s first words to adult voice, fluency and post-stroke communication therapy.
Can we have therapy in another language?
Often, yes. Our team speaks a range of community languages including Arabic, Mandarin, Cantonese, Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu and more — tell us what you’re after and we’ll match you where we can.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. Telehealth video sessions are available where they suit the client, alongside in-clinic appointments at all six locations.
